The Kingspan Safetraxx System

The Kingspan Safetraxx System comprises a complete Fall Protection System for off ridge applications comprising 2 metre long powder coated extruded aluminium track sections utilising a precision sliding joint. The Kingspan Safetraxx System operates using the standard Travelling Eyebolt and Endstop components. It is available in a standard Goosewing Grey finish. Special colours by request.

When correctly specified and installed, the Kingspan Safetraxx System complies with the relevant Class D requirements of Regulation BSEN795, Protection Against Falls From A Height; Anchor Devices - Requirements And Testing.

Installation can be handled by a competent cladding contractor's own labour using tools normally associated with roof decking, including, for example, riveting tools. The system is fastened from the top down and therefore eliminates the need to enter the premises or to erect internal scaffolding.

There is no penetration of the insulation within the roof construction resulting in no cold bridging, as the fasteners connect to the top skin only.

The Kingspan Safetraxx System comes complete with all components required for installation, including fasteners. The fastening arrangement utilises a washered rivet.

When correctly specified and installed the Kingspan Safetraxx System offers a compliance with the relevant Class D requirements of Regulation BSEN 795, 1996 - 'Protection Against Falls from a Height'; Anchor Devices - Requirements and Testing. In accordance with best practice and the recommendations contained in EN 795, the installation should be examined and inspected annually by our Technical Staff to ensure suitability for continued use.
